Cream cheese - 250g
Gula Castor - 80g
Susu manis - 350g
Seri kaya - 100g
Telur A - 10 biji
Tepung susu nespray -100g
Vanilla ice cream powder -200g
Tepung pau - 300g
Blueberry filling - 200g
Blueberry paste - 2 sudu makan
Ovallete - 30g
Pewarna violet - secukupnya
Pewarna putih - secukupnya
Masukkan Butter, Cream Cheese, Ovalete dan Gula Kastor dipukul sehingga kembang.
Masukkan Sri Kaya dan susu manis Pukul sebati.
Masukkan telur satu persatu pukul sebati
Masukkan Tepung ice cream, tepung susu, dan tepung pau Pukul sebati.
Bagi 2 adunan, adunan A dark purple, adunan B soft purple setiap adunan tambah 1 Sudu paste blueberry.
Lapisan pertama dark purple 180gm
Lapisan ke 2 soft purple + piping blueberry
